If there are no update available, then go ahead and reinstall the driver by clicking on ‘Uninstall’. Restart the PC. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.

Cancel Submit. I can solved as following. Select Driver tab. Click Update Driver Appears Warning message, but reply Yes. Windows has successfully update your driver software. Key is step 6. How satisfied are you with this reply?

Open Device Manager and check the status under “Sound, video, and game controllers” Technical Preview should work with the same devices and programs that work with Windows 8.

Try updating the driver and check if it helps: a. Click on ‘Start’ and type ‘Device Manager’ in the start search box and press enter. Let us know if it helps.
